Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus balances must be either completed or the associated bonus balance will be forfeited. 9ppp reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time and for any reason. Where amendments are material and likely to affect player rights or obligations in a significant way, 9ppp will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address associated with your account or through a prominent notification within the platform interface.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates reflecting changes in applicable law — may be implemented without advance notice. All amendments take effect from the date of publication unless otherwise specified.

Your continued use of the 9ppp platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the 9ppp Privacy Policy and any specific game, promotion, or product rules referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 9ppp with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings of any kind.
